To become a resident of Lionsville applicants must met the following eligibility criteria:
Applicants must be a Centrelink of DVA Age Pensioner
Applicants may not own land and/or property
Applicants will be able to live cooperatively and harmoniously in a communal setting
Applicants will have the ability to live independently

When a vacancy occurs, an offer will be made to the next approved applicant on the waiting list. When an applicant accepts the Committee of Management’s offer to take up a vacant unit, a Residential Rental Agreement form, a Centrelink deduction form, and a Conditions Report must be completed to formalise registration as a resident.
Fortnightly rental payments are processed by Centrelink as online transfers from respective resident’s pensions to Waverley Lions Village Inc.
Rental amounts may be adjusted annually, based on the ABS cost-of-living index.
