Each Lionsville unit includes a bedroom, sitting room, kitchen, and a bathroom/toilet. Units 1 - 12 have small laundries attached, while all other units have internal laundry facilities.

A small garden area is provided with a private courtyard at the rear of each unit.

The community hall is avaialble for the use of residents for functions. It comprises a kitchen, a large dining/meeting area, a library, two offices, and toilets.

A communal library is located within the hall for the enjoyment of residents.

A BBQ is available at the rear of the hall.
