The village currently comprises thirty-six duplex units, a stand-alone unit, a community hall, a memorial garden, and car parking for residents and visitors. The village is located in a quiet area with nearby access to shops and transport.
Waverley Lions Village Inc. is operated by a Committee of Management made up of Lions Club and community members who are volunteers. A contractor maintains the village's common areas and coordinates the upkeep of residential units. Details on how to contact the Committee of Management can be found at the bottom of this page.
